Terms of Service
Last updated 25 July 2026
These terms cover the use of this website and set out how we work. They are deliberately short. The specifics of any project live in the written scope we agree with you, and that document takes precedence over anything here.

This website
Everything on this site is provided for information. We keep it accurate but we do not guarantee it is complete or current, and nothing on it is an offer or a binding quote.
The content, design, logos and brand names on this site belong to us or our licensors. Please do not reuse them without asking.
Enquiries and quotes
Prices shown in our advertising or on this site, including any starting price, indicate what a tightly scoped piece of work typically costs. They are a starting point, not a fixed quote for your project.
We will tell you honestly whether what you want fits that scope. If it does not, we will say so and explain what it would realistically take instead. Nothing is binding until we both agree a written scope.
How work is agreed
- We agree in writing what will be built, what it costs, and when it is due.
- Anything outside that scope is a change, and we will price and agree it separately before doing it.
- Payment terms are set out in the scope or invoice.
- Unless we agree otherwise in writing, you own the deliverables once they are paid for.
What we do not promise
We build software to a professional standard and we stand behind our work. We do not promise commercial outcomes. We cannot guarantee that a product will attract users, generate revenue, or succeed in its market, because those depend on many things outside our control.
To the extent the law allows, our liability in connection with any project is limited to the fees you have paid us for that project. We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Third-party services
Projects usually depend on services we do not control, such as hosting, domains and third-party APIs. Those come with their own terms and costs, and we are not responsible for their availability.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, and the courts of that state have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
If you are a consumer resident in the UK or the EEA, this does not remove the protection of any mandatory consumer law of your own country. Our work is with businesses rather than consumers, so we would not expect this to arise.
